Q. How do I measure square footage to get an estimate on new flooring?

A. You can measure the length and width of your room and multiply those numbers to get square footage, or, just call us! We'll visit your location and measure for you so we can provide you with an accurate estimate for all your flooring needs.

Q. How long will it take for my new carpet to be installed?

A. From the time you place your order, please allow one to two weeks for delivery and installation.

Q. How often should I have my carpet cleaned?

A. For the best results, schedule a cleaning at least once a year, or as often as every six month, depending on the traffic in your home or office.

Q. Do you offer a warranty on installation?

A. Our installation is guaranteed for one year provided you follow the product guidelines. We will also work with you to help resolve any manufacturers warranty issues.
